GWE provides independent verification and registration services for pressure vessel designs, ensuring
compliance with Australian and international safety requirements. We assist clients in achieving certification under AS 1210, AS/NZS 1200, AS 3920, and Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations,
working closely with authorities such as WorkSafe and SafeWork to streamline approvals.
Our verifications are carried out by a Chartered Engineer – Pressure Equipment Design Verifier, giving
clients confidence that every design is reviewed by a qualified professional accredited to meet statutory
and regulatory obligations.
Our team performs detailed third–party evaluations to confirm structural integrity, material suitability,
and code compliance. Using advanced engineering methods, we assess stress behavior, pressure ratings,
corrosion allowances, fabrication tolerances, and hazard classifications in line with ASME Section VIII, AS
4343, and other relevant standards.
In addition, we prepare and coordinate the complete registration process, including design reports,
hazard level assessments, compliance statements, and technical drawings. This end–to–end service saves
clients time, reduces regulatory complexity, and ensures accurate approvals.
